As preparation for next year, we will be working on developing a portfolio of drafts of college application essays. An introduction to the essay will be presented early next week through a Power Point presentation. Students will view sample questions and discuss strategies for designing effective responses. They will also research schools of interest to search their requirements and past essays said schools have assigned. Students will then write essays based on a few different prompts so as to build their portfolio.
