Directions after clicking on the link:
A screen should pop up asking for your last name. Please enter it. You may be asked for your email address; if so then enter your shsd email address.
Fill out the rest of request noting that only items marked with a red check mark are required. Do not put anything in “area”. There are drop down menus and calendars to assist you.
You should include the contact name under organization. It may be you or it may be someone else such as a co-advisor or other teacher.
If you are asking for a special set up, you can check off maintenance or IT requirements but you must also describe what that set up is in the service description column.
Near the end you will asked for a password. Please enter “crimson” Do not give this password to outside users.
When you have entered all required information, click on save at end.
You should get an email shortly after stating that your request has been submitted to …. (usually principal) for approval.
Once the event is approved by the building principal, you will be able to see it on the calendar under the home screen.
